General Objective

This master aims to develop strategic, managerial, and human skills to effectively lead organizations in a changing environment. It trains professionals capable of leading complex projects, supporting digital transformation, and integrating societal and ethical dimensions into management. The goal is also to foster an entrepreneurial spirit, mastery of technological tools, and data analysis. Students will thus be prepared to meet the contemporary challenges of organizational management and to occupy positions of responsibility in various sectors.
This master's degree aims to prepare students for strategic and operational positions in public and private organizations. Targeted careers include project manager, management consultant, quality manager, business analyst, and department director. The skills acquired also provide access to positions related to digital technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation management. Graduates can thus enter various sectors of activity, both in Tunisia and internationally.
