Master of Digital Human Resource Management
General Objectives
The Master's in Human Resources Management aims to train professionals capable of designing and managing innovative, strategic, and ethical HR policies, in line with changes in the world of work. Through a rich and multidisciplinary program, students acquire a solid mastery of the fundamentals of human resources management (recruitment, training, performance management, labor law), while developing expertise in key areas such as talent management, digital transformation of HR, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and people analytics. This training also emphasizes behavioral skills (communication, leadership, emotional intelligence) and international openness, to train HR leaders capable of supporting companies in a complex, multicultural, and constantly changing environment.This training prepares for a wide range of careers, including human resources director, social auditor, senior HR consultant, recruitment manager, workforce and skills planning manager, compensation and benefits manager.
Specific Objectives
Equip students with the necessary skills and techniques to:
- Analyze an organization's HR policies and practices to identify their strengths, weaknesses and strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Design recruitment, talent management, training and remuneration systems adapted to current business challenges and changes in the world of work.
- Evaluate HR indicators (KPIs) and data from HR information system or People Analytics to support decision-making and improve organizational performance.
- Apply legal frameworks (labor law, collective bargaining, ethics) in the daily management of professional relations and in conflict resolution.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, mobilizing skills in leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence in a multicultural context.
- Manage HR transformation projects (digitalization, organizational change, inclusion, well-being) by integrating the human, technological and strategic dimensions of change.
