Students from Horizon University took part in the international Nuit d’Info 2025 competition, which took place from December 4 at 4:34 PM to December 5 at 8:04 AM, representing 15 hours and 30 minutes of non-stop challenge.
💻 As every year, teams tackled a series of challenges in the field of digital technologies, proposed by international companies and built around a central theme defined by the event organizers.
🏫 This event was a unique opportunity to bring together our undergraduate and master’s students, work-study students, and faculty members around hands-on projects in web and mobile development, cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, and much more.
We also had the honor of welcoming IT engineers and experts from our industrial partners, who were present to mentor, guide, and support our teams throughout the competition.
As part of this competition, we are proud to announce that the team IT WORKS ON MY MACHINE secured 3rd place at the TruthBot Challenge 🏆🎉.

The project presented, based on Artificial Intelligence and dedicated to combating online misinformation, was successfully completed, deployed, and made accessible to the public.
We wish the best of luck to our other participating teams… stay tuned!
